The Business Entity Tax Organizer provides your tax preparer with the information necessary to report your business activity on your income tax return accurately. Please review the organizer and complete the sheets that apply to you.

We will begin the process of your tax preparation upon receipt of the following:

• A completed Business Tax Organizer, to include:

  • The name of your business

  • All requested documents (Financial Statements, Payroll Filings, etc)

  • The completed questionnaire, “Questions for Entities”
